Shipping and Returns

Delivery:

Handle time: We typically take 24-48 hours to process and ship your order from the time it is placed. There can be longer lead times for oversize items and orders or for other reasons not specifically outlined here. Orders placed prior to 11AM Pacific Time have the best chance of shipping out the same day as ordered.

Most orders with a total order value of $250 or more (prior to tax and shipping charges) qualify for free standard shipping. There are exceptions and restrictions to this policy. Standard shipping is typically a ground service option taking from 3 to 8 days in transit.

All shipping dates and schedules are approximate. For any direct ship items, Seller assumes no liability for any damages or expenses incurred by Buyer as a result of any non-shipment or delay in shipment.

Seller may make partial shipments. Each shipment will be considered a separate and independent transaction, and may be invoiced separately. Seller may withhold production and partial shipments of goods if Buyer has failed to timely pay any invoice. Buyer shall pay all freight charges for delivery of the goods. Seller may charge Buyer a reasonable amount for any storage of the goods due to Buyer’s change in the delivery or shipment date and invoice Buyer accordingly.

Returns:

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). A 25% restocking fee will apply to certain items returned due to buyer’s remorse, or items not returned due to damage or defects. Please review product listings before making a purchase.

Duplicate orders are reported within 30 days of delivery. Any exceeded customer be pay the restocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Warranties:

Seller’s obligation to remedy defective materials or workmanship is limited to Seller’s option to either repair or replace the defective goods or refund or credit the purchase price as to the goods affected. No allowance shall be granted for repairs or alterations made by Buyer without Seller’s prior written consent. No “in and out” charges shall be allowed regarding the expense of removing and replacing the defective goods.

Seller’s warranties do not apply to goods requiring replacement because of normal wear and tear, corrosion or erosion.

These warranties shall be voided as to any part of the goods that have been subject to abuse, misuse, improper installation (to the extent not installed by Seller), operation or maintenance, accident, negligence, use other than as designed or intended, or modification not specifically authorized by Seller.
