System 104, 106, 108, and 110

System 104, 106, 108, and 110 grooving tools are used for small diameter internal bore machining and face grooving operations. Applications include boring and profiling, internal grooving and threading, chamfering, face grooving, and broaching. Due to the unique end geometry of the insert shank, quick and simple tool changes are possible while maintaining axial repeatability of +/- 0.02mm.

System 305

System 305 grooving tools are used for larger diameter internal and external machining operations. Applications include external and internal grooving and turning, face grooving, external threading, and parting off. This system utilizes a 12mm I.C. triangle insert with three cutting edges, and offers a maximum grooving depth of 5mm.

System 222

With System 222, Guhring continues to add to its range of turning and grooving tools. The chip breaker and cutting geometry are pressed to size into the inserts, maintaining high process reliability. The initial offering utilizes a 3mm wide insert, with chip breakers and cutting geometry designed for steel applications. We also offer an extensive range of tool holders with and without internal cooling.

Standard and Special Holders

Various holder styles and sizes are available with or without internal coolant, including a unique holder option with a patented adjustable internal coolant feature.
